1. General Information
By registering for the ConferX International Conference on Infectious Diseases 2027 (“Conference”), participants agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all delegates, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, and attendees (physical and virtual).
2. Registration & Payment
- Full payment is required to confirm participation.
- Registration confirmation will be sent via official email.
- All payments are processed securely through the official website.
- The organizing committee reserves the right to refuse registration if necessary.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Refund Structure:
- ✔ 90+ days before conference: 80% refund (20% admin fee)
- ✔ 60–89 days before conference: 60% refund
- ✔ 30–59 days before conference: 40% refund
- ✔ Less than 30 days: No refund
- ✔ No refund for no-shows
Refunds may take 15–30 working days to process.
4. Abstract Submission & Publication
- Submitted abstracts must represent original work.
- Accepted papers will be published only after successful presentation and completion of the conference.
- The organizing committee reserves the right to reject submissions that do not meet scientific standards.
- Authors are responsible for plagiarism compliance.
5. Program Changes
The organizing committee reserves the right to modify the schedule, speakers, or session format. The conference may be converted to a fully virtual format due to unforeseen circumstances.
6. Force Majeure
The organizers shall not be liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government regulations, travel restrictions, public health emergencies, or political instability.
7. Visa Responsibility
Participants are responsible for obtaining necessary visas, travel documentation, and insurance coverage. The organizers are not responsible for visa denials.
8. Code of Conduct
All participants must maintain professional and ethical conduct. Harassment, discrimination, or misconduct may result in removal from the conference without refund.
9. Photography & Media Consent
By attending the conference, participants consent to photography and video recording for promotional and archival purposes.
10. Liability Disclaimer
The organizing committee shall not be liable for personal injury, property loss, travel disruptions, or technical issues during virtual sessions.
11. Data Privacy
Participant information will be used solely for registration processing, communication, certification issuance, and conference-related activities. Data will not be sold to third parties.
