Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Cancellation Before 90 Days
Participants cancelling their registration 90 days or more prior to the conference start date will be eligible for an 80% refund of the registration fee. Administrative charges may apply.
2. Cancellation Between 60–89 Days
Cancellations received between 60 to 89 days before the conference will qualify for a 60% refund of the paid registration amount.
3. Cancellation Between 30–59 Days
Cancellations submitted between 30 to 59 days prior to the event will be eligible for a 40% refund.
4. Cancellation Within 30 Days
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of the conference date. However, registration may be transferred to another delegate from the same organization upon written request.
5. Non-Attendance
Failure to attend the conference without prior written cancellation will be treated as a no-show and will not qualify for any refund.
6. Event Cancellation or Force Majeure
In the unlikely event that ConferX must cancel or postpone the conference due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered a full refund or transfer of registration to a future event.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 14–21 business days through the original mode of payment.
